 Some Questions we have been asked

Q.If we are a party of 11 including one child of 5 do we need to separate up into 2 groups or could we have the child in with a group of 10?

A. It’s not a strictly seated do, more of a party. We are selling individual tickets even. But if you want a guaranteed table you just need to book 10. If you can squeeze a dozen round a table then it’s up to you. All we were stipulating was if you want to reserve a table then you must book 10 tickets any other seating left will be on a first come first served basis, much like a pub! So once you’ve got your table booked you can squeeze as many as you like round it.

Q.We are local and want to bring our dinner guests to the Tslammers gig on the green, but as we will have had dinner can we buy tickets for just the music?

A. It's not a formal food thing just BBQ and Lamb roast if people want it – a bit like a finger buffet. Some people will have tables but mostly we’re trying to make it like an informal party. So the answer is yes , you don’t have to eat and there’s no formal eating time just some grub as and when and if people want it. We are only allowing about £2 a head for food in the price as the main expense is the cost we’re being charged for the Marquee and security and what we’ve allocated for the charities. At this stage I cant really sell tickets at a different price to exclude food.
